This AR training has been developed to fully acquaint newly elected building and workplace representatives, along with association leaders, with the duties and responsibilities that are key to those roles, including how to handle potentially difficult situations, communication with members and the employer, representational responsibilities, data collection needs, and an understanding of Pupil Protection Laws and Weingarten Rights.
